I'm so bored with plots like this so i have no opinion at all. What really bothered me was the warning from the translation team. Why did they have to post that persons comment and call them a "triggered snowflake" its rlly unprofessional and just petty. They didnt even censor out their name...
True
Agree. It shouldn't be surprising to the team that many readers wont be a fan of this work, and want to voice their opinion about what sort of message publishing this type of manga has. Can you imagine if Lezhin started to post "fuck da snowflake haterz" warnings quoting all of the negative feedback they received from An easy target or Love is an illusion because of their portrayals of rape?
No at that point it is, idk in my eyes if you have been clearly warned about whats in the work and decide to read it and then complain to the people that made it. Then you are entirely in the wrong. You were clearly warned and no one told you to click on the work itself.
I'm going to add that the translation team aren't pay professionals either. They're just a group of people that decided to translate the work.
And? Why should they publish the comment, whether the person was wrong or not? This page will show up before every chapter of any manga they translate that contains rape from now on. My point is there was no reason why this could have not been dealt with privately.
Its like if someone told me they didnt like my icon and i decided to start every topic on this website calling them names.
lmao my point is there was no reason to publish their comment. And there is no reason to be calling someone a triggered snowflake on EVERY warning for their manga regardless of whether they are warned not. To screencap their comment and name is unnesscary and is targeting this particular person and calling them names. Thanks for calling me triggered for having an opinion.
Puh-lease. That person was warned, but still continue to read the manga. And the next thing you know, they're angry and complaining to the translators. The translators had the right to do so (call the names). Besides, calling someone a "snowflake" isn't something bad. At least, they didn't call that person other names.
Wow.. you seriously need to sit down and question your views if you they had the right to do this. This isnt a harmless shounenai, this is yaoi with an entire plot based around fetishized rape. of course people are going to question the translation team and why theyre translating this. Sure, the right thing to do would be to click off since they were warned about rape and lots of yaois have rape. But if the translation team were more professional and respected other peoples opinions they wouldve dealt with this commenter in the discord. ....anyways stan loona
Just when I thought you couldn't be more annoying, you had to say "Stan loona". The translators might have translated this manga because 1, someone might have requested it. 2, because they wanted to. Anyway, anyhow, they were warned and that person couldn't be the only one who complained, maybe lots of others did, despite being warned. The translators had enough of it so they finally step up their shit, and threw shade.
stan l00na
I was just thinking. Hyesung was perfectly willing to sleep in Dojins house BEFORE they had sex and Dojin said he hated him. Maybe instead of f*cking the emotionally unstable post natal omega you should have let him BE. We wouldn't even be in this situation if Dojin had an once of communication skills.
Why are y'all so desperate to prove what is or isnt rape in this manga. You guys really need to stop acting like your opinion/interpretation is fact. The chapter hasnt even been uploaded and y'all are already trying to fight for the sake of a fictional character. Are you trying to redeem yourselves or something
I find it funny how you wanted to retaliate but didn't have any logical argument you focused on her grammatical mistakes... hahahahha.. very nice
I find it funny how you wanted to retaliate but didn't have any logical argument (so) you focused on her grammatical mistakes... hahahahha.. very nice.
oopps... my bad I didn't mean that XD
I find it funny how you immediately assumed this person's gender.. no hate tho. On the other hand, I do think that focusing your attention on the person's grammatical error more than the argument itself is pretty dumb.
Lmao
Dude, they weren't focusing on the grammatical mistakes. Since Yumiswife said they has moved on from YESTERDAY, and again said "my opinion has changed", it implies Yumiswife hasn't moved on and is still obsessed thinking it's rape.
Reading and debating in the comments I've noticed how people can twist this story's content to make it fit a certain narrative.
For example. Hyesung dropping the baby can be taken two ways: he's a bad person or he's an unsuitable parent. There is no right or wrong answer.
Another example is the sex in chapter 39. In my opinion this is rape since Hyesung punches Dojin to get off in the start and has a scared expression when Dojin holds his throat (NOW HOLD ON BEFORE Y'ALL ATTACK ME) but other people take this as sexual tension and Hyesung means yes when he says no.
My point is this story is everyone has their own opinions, its extremely hard to comprehend opposing arguements depending on you choose to see the story. so there is not really any point in arguing against an opinion.
Dude, that's not rape, the author didn't intend to be rape so why the fuck are you obsessed
Now you know lawyers use mangago. Also, law is man made. Your opinion seems wrong, change it.
You said you didn't know lawyers used mangago. So I said, now you know.
Since you brought up lawyers, I said the law is also man made. Everything lawyers say isn't the ultimate truth.
And your opinion about the rape scene is wrong, change it if possible. Yeah, by legal standards, a lot of shit here would be illegal. But the author has drawn with her opinions in mind and this is her story, so according to that, it's not rape.
XD
I know it was sarcasm you idiot.
And your opinion is wrong. It wasn't rape.
You know if you're gonna write stories about rape and show scenes of people being raped. You are gonna have to deal with criticism.
