Really good story, can definitely see the similarities since it’s country side but I’m looking for baby included. This little bean is a plus.

So, this is the first time “strong female lead” tag actually led me wrong. She risked everyone lives for dick, can’t protect anyone or even herself. The only smart person was the mistress, she got rid of everyone and became rich.
Like the maid suddenly married to Leo who shared literally only one moment? Isaac is the killer but he was literally with her during the killings? I remember explicitly he was eating her cooch during one of the murders. He couldn’t have killed the husband because he was with Leo. He was locked up in the basement for 40 years so it’s no way possible he knew the terrain perfectly. If Leo knew he was the killer why let him off? Why did she use a silver bullet if he couldn’t kill him anyway since he’s seen in the end? It was such lazy writing towards the end. Also, if he was starved in his “double personality” then how come he wasn’t a child? He was just a ghastly looking dude. If the vampires can drink from each other, why not just drink from themselves? How do they have blood anyway if they’re dead? Like it’s so many plot holes.

I love the story but it’s too centered around coffee, I understand that’s her drive but the only plot is capturing everyone on her side with coffee. She fixed a literal 8 year eating disorder just with coffee, got wizards on her side who hates noble on side with coffee, got the old duke on her side with coffee, most of her conflicts is solved with coffee. It would make sense if this world was based in a universe of coffee addicts but it’s nothing but coffee. And the ml is just a walking misunderstanding, they added misunderstanding after misunderstanding when they can literally just say what’s in the thought bubbles. That’s literally the only continuous conflict.

    CuddleQuill September 22, 2023 4:06 pm

Of course it’s centered around coffee. Have you even looked at the title and alternative titles? Lol And yes, those kinds of continued misunderstandings always make me want to tear my hair out.

I’m aware it’s centered around coffee but even with other books with similar features like stationary store, the tea, the cellphone aren’t that centered. Every conflict in this story is solved by coffee, she was getting hated by the upper ladies? Coffee. The wizards who hate everyone? Coffee. Every maid avoiding her? Coffee. The former grand duke who everyone is afraid of? Coffee. A EIGHT year old long eating disorder caused by trauma? Solved in a hour with coffee. She getting branded a witch? Coffee.

There you go! That's what makes this story different than the rest. It stands out to you, even if you don't particularly like that aspect.

I’m trying my hardest not to judge the comments but are you guys literally dense? She was abused for 30 years, literally bred and sold nonstop. She never managed to even really be with her children she had, her last moments was her sister telling her that the only man she loved was remarrying her once she was killed. She knows nothing else but betrayal so it makes sense she believed it, he shown her no interest apart from doing quiet non-passionate sex that she was literally happy she got pregnant to stop it. She was JUST reborn into a family, 2 months of family isn’t comparable to 30 years of abuse. She’s not even mean to him, she helped him establish himself as royalty, stopped his abuse, etc. All she wanted was space away from him, how is that evil? You’re acting like she ordered for his death.

    ON GOD BRO FINALLY

    Scarlet September 15, 2023 10:37 am

exactly. she's even helping him secure a better life, all the while believing that he abandoned her and their unborn child. 'A perpetual victim extending kindness to someone who became another name in a long list of those who have betrayed her' is not someone I'd think would end up being bashed. Yes you can argue 'but he's just a kid' blah blah blah she was a kid too, and that didn't stop any of the antagonists. Not wanting to see him isn't a capital crime, even if it hurts his feelings. His feelings can be hurt from the snazzy palace she landed him in lmao. Pre-retraction kid Rutger was given no such privilege (privilege in comparison to getting your shit yakked every day just for existing- to be crass about it) and she did it all of her own volition.

I would have made Rochen eat him or something in her shoes

mangago readers gain reading comprehension when?

    ken September 15, 2023 7:18 pm

I’m surprised I have people agreeing with me, I didn’t expect her to get such backlash honestly. She’s done nothing wrong, she has established to him she doesn’t want him around yet he’s the one who keeps coming back and getting his feelings hurt.

People are so harsh on this story that it confuses me why they even read isekais. It’s the same plot in every story, why be so judgmental on this one?

    Hidung mampet September 15, 2023 6:03 am

Because this one is not so good. I might be bias but this one has very cliche and has no interesting plot what so ever that differentiate from others. The characters are bland, they dont justified og mc thus why everyone get mad, and the art middle tier at best.

I can make 3 of the same stories off the top of my head. All the stories are cliche.

But the considered good ones have an actual flow going for them, a hook to like the plot, characters or even the settings. Most isekais have the same start but they try to add their own shenanigans after the start and thats what make people like it despite the repetitive setting.
From what im seeing the mcs doesnt have anything going for her with her being so flimsy and all. I might be judging this one a bit too harshly but it doesnt have a great start

Can someone spoil for me? Like I know she hates Romeo but his picture on the front cover PLEASE TELL ME HES NOT A LOVE INTEREST. Not gonna lie, he’s trash but he’s a great villain. Like he’s not so 2D like the other “I fell for saintess so my villain fiancé will die” he literally using them both, got one pregnant, don’t give a fuck about his child, he’s purely scheming nonstop.

    ಠ_ಠ September 20, 2023 9:07 am

Sadly, there is no spoilers since there is no novel for this manhwa/ga(?)

It may be controversial but I liked Nera, not in a “she didn’t anything wrong” kind of way but she pushed the plot for over 100 chapters. Her greed, her jealousy, and her inferiority complex knew no bounds. She was written in a way to show she was completely evil until her final moments, she didn’t grieve her parents or regret leaving her child behind but she regretted not realizing she was loved by the one she loathed the most because of her own insecurities. She died lonely and called for her only person who loved her in her afterlife even when she was surrounded by her parents graves. Her schemes, her ability to use people, the way she could cut off family and love attachments once they were considered useless was interesting. She was written great as a villain because she didn’t do it over a man like the other story, she caused chaos for the sake of pure hatred.

I agree, despite all the advantages Iris had at her disposal, such as the four powerful high-status simps - I mean "men" by her side, the smartphone, the knowledge of the future, and knowledge of technology from her previous life as a Korean woman.

Nera with just one manpower, "Gionni" was still able to keep Iris on her toes every step of the way. No doubt had Nera possessed the same knowledge and the smartphone, she could've easily crushed Iris without much effort.

TBH I don't like Iris that much, nor her harem of simps, she's got that golden-child vibe going on where everyone loves and adores her no matter what. Which is absolutely annoying as hell, and from what I've seen from Nera's memories. they've completely neglected Nera, even as a child, not just her parents but even Anikkin who btw is actually blood-related to her.

I find Anikkin to be a creepy sis-con and a complete asshole for not being a good cousin to Nera, nor did he even try to get her help, not even convincing his only remaining family member to stop or she'll end up down the path of destruction.

But what did you expect from a Mindless virgin simp.

Lol I almost made the same the mistake. I learned a huge lesson though, don't visit the comment section unless I have finished the book. You guys didn't spoil the book but you spoiled the theological side of it. And I'm an insightful person so I definitely would have made the conclusion. I literally concurred without even reading the book because usually, cliche wise they're all the same. I have only seen "Beware the Villainess" break that cycle. Adios

So I read the spoilers, but it’s making me even more confused do they even elaborate why Ah in is so damn crazy? Like his motive?

ken July 29, 2023 10:06 am

I’m sorry but her constant back and forth to “I love my brothers” to completely withdrawing is annoying. I get she’s traumatized from her past but yet she needs to pick one, be cold or be nice. They’re people too who don’t deserve indecisive treatment. Also, why is she kissing up to the guy who ruins her family? She literally gains nothing from it. She went from powerful assassin to being afraid of being hit from another kid yet fought an adult crazy woman.

They’re dimming her down just for the sake of drama yet it unravels the entire plot that was established from the beginning. She wanted to train her siblings yet just does side quests to lead up to it, she can just tell him train and he listens to everything she says. It’s easy. His self esteem is low, not his drive. If he had no drive he wouldn’t even keep trying or be so self condescending. I hate the route this is going.

It really just feels like they’re adding in plot twists just for the sake of it, like they just read a bunch of isekais and added every aspect into one story. The numerous possessions, an evil baby, the potential ml being the reason her family fails and essentially dies out in the potential future. The misunderstandings aren’t drawn out and it’s usually resolved by a weird plot hole next chapter which makes another misunderstanding happen, it’s so frustrating and the translations don’t make it even better.

Yes they’re bad but not ineligible, the art flow also tells the backstory.

ken July 29, 2023 8:54 am

Maybe this is entirely slow burn but they gave no explanation to Ah-in behavior. All we have is a scrawny uke who’s naive that’s poor (?), a rich sociopath, and a seme who has the personality of paint drying.
