Forgive me if I’m mistaken but how is Fleur seen as an angel if she’s a married woman messing with the crown prince publicly. Like yeah the FL harassed her but it seems she harassed everyone even the mice in the walls and they’re not treated as saintesses, can someone clear this up?
I think it’s because her husband is much older, so it’s more of a pity thing than an accepted thing. The reason that they can’t be together in public, is because she’s married and it would look bad, so accepted isn’t the right term.
But I think because she’s so young and married to a much older man for familial security, there’s some level of pity and understanding from the court. There’s also the aspect of the ‘crown prince gets whatever he wants’ mentality that could be a part of it.
How is everyone shocked? He very clearly dropped hints at his obsession since the beginning, even hiring a booty call who looked like Derek that he kicked out once seeing Felix was a carbon copy. Lied and said he wanted to take photography lessons simply to manipulate him. Was drawing portraits of Derek even during a conversation, literally ONLY wanted Felix because he was Derek in his past life. Did you honestly think this man was normal? He would literally whisper and call him Derek when Felix went to sleep, even the position they slept in was because Derek held him like that.
Ya ikr. I knew he would be a red flag to even a black flag considering how often he is willing to lie and fake it in order for protag to hang out with him
