Well yes!, both! Sungha is a self hating gay person. He hates himself for being gay like his dad, and therefore hates everything that even implies he/Sungha is gay. If he had lived his truth, he and Sooin could've had a beautiful and healthy relationship. That ship has sailed, and hit a reef!
