I'm actually working on a story as well, what I can provide is advice at the moment since Im not finished to publish and don't know where to publish it lol anyways I use references and YouTube to help me with art, if u have Pinterest u can find many things to help from color palettes to body anatomy, I would like to help u with drawings but tbh I'm still learning things so I'm not quite that confident yet in my art but if u want anymore advice hmu on Insta or tik tok, or message me here if ur not comfortable with or don't have social media, if u need anything else just ask(tiktok and insta: tiger_army5150)

It's quite rare to have a novel/book to become a comic atleast outside japan and korea where comics are a big deal, sorry i really couldn't help you about anything best bet you have us to talk to different artist and see if they are interested into making it as a comic. Good luck with what you are doing in the future hope to read it if you ever publish it!!

you could upload your stuff onto the webtoons website but as for the drawing part i guess find someone on twitter or smth who’s willing to be commissioned to draw for you

How about try Webtoon? There are artist who are posting their Webtoon there for people to read for free. I don't know if posting there is free though but there are a lot of Webtoons there that are getting Netflix adoptation like sweet home you can read it there for free and if you want to give more support to the author you can go ahead and buy a fast pass chapters just like what I do to give more income to the authors there.

There's an app webtoon, its korean app under company line, where you can make comics as a canvas author, you will not be a full fledged mangaka, if you work somewhere else then also you can be a canvas author on webtoon, if your stories get popular then webtoon makes it webtoon original where you became a webtoon employee, webtoon originals uploads are on time, where as a canvas creator can decide time on its own, so ig we can say webtoon orginal author are official authors of webtoon, and you can make your account on crowd funding website like patreon.com, where you can ask people to become you patreon, they will pay you and you can give them special services, like nsfw content types, hehe, which you don't give to non patreon reads, i guess when you will mail webtoon about signing as a canvas creator they will tell you more into details like how there system works, give it a go its good. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

And i guess you should become a good artist of manga by yourself first them, as you will grow you can have assistants, then you all can divide work, like you make rough works, them some else will make it perfect and some else will color it, and some else will give a finishing touch.
