i mean. i get feeling insecure because your boyfriend was speaking to his ex wife but…dont they work in the same place? it wouldnt be odd seeing them exhange a friendly greeting or goodbye. and isnt the ex wife… remarried anyway??? dont we have mouths to communicate with our partners??? im sorry but this situation dragged way more than it should have because fl bottled up everything and let her negative emotions fester. it got really annoying toward the end. if i was mr kang i probably would have blown up over her attitude lmfaoooo, either talk about why you’re upset so we can work it out or get over it. had to vent bc i was getting annoyeedddd
feel like the scene of her getting killed would have been more impactful if the climax didn’t happen with like 3 panels of her getting cut down. the pacing needed to be slowed down, but it was so quick that everything went by in a blur.. we didnt even get to see Arsene’s reaction beside one panel of his facial expression. No personal thoughts, no reactions from background characters, just decapitation—>surprise—>immediate revival—>scene cleanup/wrap up. FL has potential and i like seeing something different with her (being scared, intimidated, but with realistic bursts of courage like in the moments before she was killed). but in all honesty the pacing drags the story down. the climaxes never feel climactic when scenes go by in a flash
Considering everything I think Doojoon handled everything great. He gave her leniency because of her mental illness, but he put his foot down for the safety of his wife. Benevolent and understanding, but firm and uncompromising when necessary…I think he’ll be a great parent to Doojool.
