Hi guys! I am looking for a Manga I once read. I don't remember a lot of it so please bear with me. It's about a girl who can use magic and has sort of tattoo. She is shunned by her village once she saves kids from a fire library with her magic. Magic she is not supposed to have. only males can use magic. She has a brother who '' runs away" and say that she must take his place in a magic institution as a boy.
She then must take a test and it becomes clear she has a fated partner.
