The simple answer is that nobody knows. I'm inclined to disbelieve the christian conception of the afterlife because I grew up being scared of going to hell. But thinking logically, a good god would never torture me for all eternity. If he would send me to hell because of something as benign as me being queer, I have no reason to worship him. Jesus......
