Yeah, but some kids are just born a little quirky. Even with parental intervention and professional help they struggle to understand the gravity of their actions. In this case, blond kid just had parents that enabled his every bad action, showing him he can do wtv he wants with no consequence. So yeah in this case it’s the parents fault too, but he’s grown now and still acting like a chump so it gets to a point it’s all him.
