Not exactly, sometime kids act like little angels in front of their parents to make it seem like they’re not a little devil.
I agree to some degree, there has to be some influence from somewhere 80% chance it’s stems from somewhere.kids are hard to raise but 95% the parents failed somewhere or others outside contributes like school,friends social media
Yeah, but some kids are just born a little quirky. Even with parental intervention and professional help they struggle to understand the gravity of their actions. In this case, blond kid just had parents that enabled his every bad action, showing him he can do wtv he wants with no consequence. So yeah in this case it’s the parents fault too, but he’s grown now and still acting like a chump so it gets to a point it’s all him.
