Never tried but logically look at a manga that you had read and put in a list and find the list

Idk if this would help, but if you remember a manga you read early on and made a comment on it, like on your [reading] list and made a comment, you can go to the manga, press the thing that says '# votes' , under the rating and you can maybe find your account there or scroll down and press <<more comments.

I don't have any other solution tbh but if you might lose that account(you're commenting on) have a back up and message yourself do you can easily go to ur account without having to search so long.

Maybe you can find a comment you made on a manga? I know it will take a long time but if you scroll long enough I'm sure you'll find it. Even better if it's an obscure manga or something that was completed a few years ago because there won't be tons of recent comments. If not that, then as someone else said you could scroll through all the lists of a manga if you know you put it in a list.
