if you mean the little art next to the “support the author” blurb, it’s fanart of NBC’s tv show Hannibal! if you haven’t given it a watch yet, i highly recommend doing so!!! the plot’s really interesting, a good psychological horror (with some heavy gore, if that’s not your thing!) and amazing cast. also basically a good toxic yaoi between Hannibal and Will hehe

Just wanna tie in with the other person, the gore is also presented to be really artful instead of jist gruesome most of the time, really adding to the psychological horror aspect a ton imo.
