My definition of sex scene is any sexual scene; handjobs, blowjobs, fingering, masterbating, fapping, sex dreams, penetration, doesn't matter if its sexy and sensual its a sex scene and it's in.
The bigger mangas/manhwas I include a docs with more details on the chapters.
