Yuno, to me, isn't even a character. He's a plot device, solely defined by his power and superiority to Asta.

The initial frustration that he was leagues above our MC, has long faded. Now, he's just a shell of a character with an overwhelming power, so much so that if you stripped him of it, he'd be actually be nothing. Does he have a backstory? Yes, but did that guarantee him a personality? Hell no.

I understand that he's supposed to be the foil to Asta, the one to fuel their rivalry, but seeing them now is like seeing Asta being compared to an untouchable wall of narrative immunity.

Change the genre of the Manga.

Yuge creeps me out, like all his scenes make me wildly uncomfortable.

I feel like everything fell into place a bit too fast.

Seeing him down on his luck and extremely desperate is just the kind of catharsis I need. A disheveled seme, now forgoing all their pride, just for a glimpse of an uke, who they don't even deserve, is therapeutic in a way no professional or drug could ever treat me.

I'd like to think I'm above getting overly pissed at characters that are clearly meant to further the plot with their malicious scheming, but I really can't find it in me to quell this rage I have for Yuge. Like, I know it's not that deep but I hope he dies, like really brutally. Like I hope in this generally lighthearted comedy BL, this bitch dies a gruesome death that totally goes against the whole calm vibe. lieknbekdgkceca
