Harada has a very interesting type of storytelling. I’m all for some good ol fashion “trauma” for character development and plot.. but there is no reason to include SO FUCKING MUCH CP. “it’s momos past” but why did it need to happen? it’s trauma porn.
It’s fetishizing and capitalizing off an incredibly real, and incredibly traumatizing situation that millions of children experience. It’s not sexy, it’s not funny. “oh wow momo is so strong for overcoming his trauma” but why exactly did momo need to have so much trauma just to end up with a possessive wolf-like bf? why expose a character to such levels of violence only to slap a “happily ever after” on it?
For what? To entertain? Why is there a panel of momo at like- 10 talking about how his client pisses in his mouth. why? that was not only written, but it was PROOFREAD, SENT TO PRINT, AND TRANSLATED.

I would be lying if I say that I liked those added chapters but Harada adding those up kinda make sense - after all, Momo's life in the first VOL isn't truly stated (on how he became like that and so on). But yeah, I agree. It was twisted and basically trauma porn dump but the plot is literally like that since then, if you're uncomfortable then it's better to skip. YK, gotta protect yourself.

the entire time i was reading this i was like- annoyed. this is gonna take 70 chapters for them to communicate (if they ever do). ML is a piece of shit who manipulated the FL who was/is (SEVERLY) neglected. HE KNEW she was neglected and yet he pulls shit like that? making her jealous? even his aid played a part, constantly egging her on.. this is so tragic. This FL is so pitiful, she has no one. not one confidant in this entire world, there has never been anyone for her. even her friend is helpless, im sure the FL didn’t even talk to her friend about the abuse she endures constantly. i’m surprised her child is even alive considering the stress she’s under ALL THE TIME.
