So MC lived in our world in her first life. Reborn as Judith which is shown in this chapter till Luca age 5. How that ties into the current life is unknown so far.
It could be that Luca lost everyone in this life and turned back time to our first chapter. Which could have caused Judith memory loss. But where is the novel connection? Was is just a could-be, that never happened because our MC was reborn in the second life? In that life she doesn't seem to recall the novel. Maybe even the first life.
Lucas wish could have make our MC lose the memories of the second life, and instead make her recall the first life plus novel.
There's a problem though because everyone seems to think Judith was abusive towards Luca. Even Luca did not expect the care. So what happened between age 5 Luca and current Luca?
After reading all available chapters I'm a bit surprised at the support the dilf gets here. I don't think he’s that special? Maybe it's just me though, since I don't like seeing the love interest involved with others.
