This story is good and shows us that people can change. I enjoy reading it. But.....
This kind of story is really dangerous for young girls reading this. It gave them an illusion of how they can make jerks change if they stay and be patient with him. Nope. Don't bother to waste your time on 'project' guy. Just leave him be. His life and future is not your responsibility, you're not his mother. Better be save than sorry. （￣へ￣）

Young girls shouldnt be reading this in the first place... actually.. i dont think it will really make a big difference since shoujos are of similar concept. Guy is jerk (bad boy) > girl goes through pain and shows how much she likes the guy > guy realise how trashy he is and he actually likes the girl > treat her well. Its.. pretty common. Except that these don't happen realistically all the time.
If anything, years of reading such shoujos etc actually made me steer clear from badboys but I see how this kind of story may make other girls think they can change the guy..especially if its such a common formula for any romance story.
I really really really need to reread this to reset my feeling towards these boys. I wont be able to recover from slowly seeing my ship sink over the years. Curse this monthly shoujo.. what a slow burn ╥﹏╥
