The art and story is a bit confusing, but this is the kind of story that has a special place in my heart. The ending was not bad, it's great actually, leaving a sad and happy feeling after I finished it.
I know this is an old series, but in case there're fellow curious mind out there that is also reading/rereading this, I can't help but need to ask some question:
1. Did Rath returned using the dragon lord's body? The timing (Rath's resurrection and the empress's crying scene) was kinda perfect IMO.
2. What happened with Karl?? Did he just love his eastern demon king/Rath so unconditionally he let him be whatever he choose to be and not do anything about it?
3. Was that Alfeage that brought Sabel back to life??
4. The newest line of dragon knights only have water dragon knight and fire dragon knight, am I right? Since Rune became white dragon and Thatz became blue dragon. And the dragon knights were dragonless, since the dragon were given a break. Did the dead dragon revived? Wind and Light were both asleep together with fire, water, and earth... this one was confusing..
5. Kitchel ended up with Theceous or Thatz?
6.
7.
8. Endless questions, really
However, it was an awesome read!!
