Some of yall don't understand that no matter how many times they speak to her, it'll be impossible for her to know what they're saying. You can't learn a new language out of nowhere and her current situation doesn't help either
Plus, she can't even speak now so ofc the communication between them will be awful. She's clearly not recovered from the amount of times people have tried to harm her and even if the ML has helped her, she still doesn't know if he's 100% safe to be with. （￣へ￣）
