People tend to forget that the premise of this BL is that Jiwon is an asshole that is secretive and DG is a passive guy. If this was resolved the way you all want--(Jiwon being nice, DG standing his ground)--it would be a boring rushed story that would be over. BJ ALEX FINISHED/COMPLETE. Trust me, you guys wouldn't like it if it was short, simple and to the point seeing that she has something else in store for the 4 characters in this BL.
Throughout the 29 (32 for Korean raws) chapters Mingwa has been dropping subtle hints of development. You all choose not to see it. You see the forest for the trees as my grandfather says. People are also neglecting this chapter---it has development too. I don't know how many seasons or chapters Mingwa has planned for this, let her write and draw this the way she wants to. DG getting someone else to make Jiwon jealous is cliche was well. It was already done with MD--even though he wanted Chanwoo (which is total no cliche--applause to Mingwa). Give it a change...let it flow. Cliches can be built upon to make masterpieces.
Yep, Jiwon doesn't want to start a new relationship because of the associations he has with this due to his ex. The actual extent of these troubles isn't yet known, we only know how it currently affects Jiwon. Such as him panicking and having to go to the bathroom to wash his face after DG brings up the word date, he finds a photo of him and his ex from his secondary grduation and wonders why he is still holding on toit, and he tries to avoid DG at uni afterwards but ends up when tired and maybe a bit tipsy after working at the festival, getting DG to take him home, and he lets himself rely on him and hugs him.
