Ehen MC was in his animal kingdom, he fought alot more animal monsters but now the monsters are more, mutated. So his time was probably bery far back.
His eternal youth is because of the fruit he ate in the begining(based i swear)

Bro the black hair guy on the cover is the protagonist of the original novel, and since he’s on the cover you’d think that MC would have a lot of interactions with him? No. He appears like twice just to amp up the MC and maybe foreshadow future is events but he’s not even that relevant. The MC has more interactions with three other women
