I'm not completely sure but if I remember well it was published at first in one book with other stories from different authors - maybe 19 authors and that's why the book had "19 days" as a title but I'm not sure. The only thing I am sure about is that "19 days" wasn't at first a title only for the manhua we are currently reading so there is no real meaning behind it in relation to this story.
