I really like this one, but sometimes I got frustrated because of them not communicating, and the FL took a really long time to realize Arendt’s feelings even tho it was pretty obvious and they hurt each other. Their relationship was pretty realistic but I felt irritated that the Duke stuck around like an annoying fly and everything about him was pretty annoying. The empress was really interesting and I loved that plot line. I wanted to see rubiel grown up tho..
