I think it's because she didn't say anything to defend herself after that accident happened? I dunno because she said it was hers and Paige's secret. So in some way she did lie to everyone as well. Maybe i'm wrong but i don't know what she said after the accident.
Clay should ask for Willa's forgiveness. He didn't asked her side of the story and I don't know why he hovering around her? Because of plot? He and Paige are pathetic. Willa deserve better than that.
