This is a cute + fun otome-esque comic where the MC has bad health for the entire series and it's interesting to see him grapple with people being forced to love him (and tiptoeing around that) and learning about people's true feelings outside of the game system. Sadly it seems like the series got axed so the ending is very rushed and abrupt with a decent amount of loose ends. You can tell the author wanted to develop the story more.
