1. This grandma needs to kick the bucket already so Dan can learn to live life for himself. My poor baby is suffering.
2. I really hope it's a new love interest and not horse face because imagine your or only saving grace being the man who sexually, verbally and physically abused you.
3. If it is horse face then I want some real character development. Not just some plot armour "only know your lover when you let them go" bullshit. I mean Dan needs to grow a spine and my-little-fucked-up needs therapy, exorcist or a gunshot wound.

2&3. Agree. Honestly I don't like Jaekyung. He has serious grovelling to do. And even then, going through his grovelling after the trauma Dan went through would be so draining. I'd rather Dan get a new lover
1. It's a fictional character lol?? . She's simply, without a doubt, just another plot device in the form of a character that if removed, would probably move the plot along instead of prolonging Dan's suffering. Ontop of that it's not like she's absolutely bubbling with life uk, she's suffering too, physically (her sickness) and emotionally (seeing Dan suffer). Don't get me wrong, I don't hate her in the slightest and I will be sad if she dies but at this point it's just prolonged death with cons outweighing pros.
This is trash. I literally only come back every once in a while because I'm curious as to how the author can save this and I'm disappointed every time. The fact that Dan is portrayed as just being overdramatic and horse face is seemingly confused is so disgusting and triggering....let's not forget the RAPE, physical and mental abuse that Dan was put through. Will never forget when he made the actor guy walk in on them. I feel sick.
It's not rape, they signed a contract, Dan knew what was coming for him, he did it for money in exchange for sex, I'm not defending that bs but It's not rape..except that part where he made Heesung look, it was not part of the contract and was infact disgusting, other than that, everything was consented for in the form of signing a paper, I'm not sure where you saw Dan being portrayed as overdramatic, but I don't think he was. In Jaekyungs pov part he's seen as overdramatic but from the narrative part, he isn't.
1. The fact that you said "except" means that that it did happen. There was still forced sex happening (amongst other things) contract or not...ew (I'm not a snowflake...I've read worse but this felt close to home).
