I heard they stopped making "Gangsta," cause someone went bankrupted. I hope they finish it with the Anime and the same cast

The studio that produced the Gangsta anime officially went bankrupt and dissolved, meaning that there will be no second season. Unless the mangaka is able to sell the rights to another company so that they can continue the anime.
