Honestly, I wasn't really into this at first, but as I kept reading, i became hooked. I genuinely enjoyed this. I see some didn't like the ending. It was unexpected, but I love how we found out just as the mc did. I don't have much words possibly cuz its late but I realllllllly did enjoy this. I will look into the novel so I can get a better grasp but this was totally worth the read. I normally don't like story where miscommunication/misunderstanding are big part in the story. But this one was somewhat moderate and it wasn't really till the end where it started getting annoying but not overly that i would drop it. Overall the ending to me at least was v satisfying. ( i would have loved to see more of Cecelia & duke Maynard relationship)

Hyesung is a really misunderstood character and if you dislike him u ain't really paying attention to the story

Of course it doesn't. I was specifically referring to the people who hate only hyesung but love the alpa. While yes, he wasn't the best person, he was forced in a situation he did not want to be in. He is a product of his environment and did what he thought was best for his survival. Hyesung is a very naive & gullible character. The beta, instead of clarifying the situation, instead manipulated hyesung. But yet the blame is always shifted on hyesung? He is victim.
