First part wonderful absolutely enjoyed reading, second part was a very different approach but I still enjoyed it. I'm so happy taeju left sun and got with doyoon, tho it kinda sucks we didn't really get to see more of them together. I'm ngl this was kinda realistic and maybe that's why people didn't like the second story. Taeju even said it himself he falls easily but lets not forget sun is a total manipulator. He love bombed and knew exactly how to hook taeju, thankfully taeju woke up and broke up with him. I also like the writer and cafe owner yeah it was a bit toxic but that made it all more real.
Homie did not want to be the next mayor but still became it in the end. I thought he put more of a fight. Also it upsetting how he was taken as a kid and never got to see his parents again. Not even once?? Also like what happened to them being in college? They really said fk that. Bottom parents were a lil too chill with the whole situation, mostly when their son goes missing days/weeks at a time. Wouldn't his friends have found it werid for him to have suddenly disappear? What was up with the T.A. like that was weird? Also the 31 yr old fox wtf man was out here preying on kids, he fell "in love" with the top when he was a kid???? Like what?? Leave them kids alone. He got two 20yr olds already down for him and he still wants another, I got pissed off everytime I saw him. Also I don't understand how he was originally in the council meeting at the beginning when he not that high on the food chain. Honestly the highlights of this was the couple communication with eachother it was very nice. Tho I will say the smut overpowered the plot.

Honestly was a hard read only kept reading in hopes for a happy ending that aside the story was okay there was a lot of coerced & rape that could have easily been implied and/or slightly shown not really a need to show us in explicit detail it's just unsettling almost dropped right then and there the baby was the highlight of this
They kinda took the charm away that the og had. Tho some things were good changes and others not so much. Idk it just doesnt have the uniqueness and charisma that was in the og. Also idk I kinda like the older artsyle. Tho I don't really get why they remastered it when they could have have just given extra chapters from the og or a spin off or better yet made a new story altogether. Tho ig it doesn't matter now since it got canceled
