I think hachi is such a tragic character and she had the saddest ending but at the same time It was her fault where she ended up in life. I felt like her ending was so obvious bc In real life, women like Hachi end up like that or they just keep hopping from guy to guy. Men love, taking advantage of women like her and in their eyes she’s the type of woman they sleep with but not the one they go home to and build a life. She is “easy” and mentally unstable men only ever sleep with women like that, but never fall in love with. Hachi is the perfect example of how not to end up like.
I think your analysis of her is very one sided. While it’s true to some extent it’s her fault where she ended up, she’s also a victim aswell. She’s a perfect example of “we accept the love we think we deserve”. What makes hachis character so tragic is that in a way every man she loved used her. You can call her easy or naive but just imagine being a hopeless romantic like her and the only thing you want is for someone to love you. So many people let her down and I don’t think her ending was meant to be her destiny. Also hachi is capable of being the type of women even settle down and build a life with, don’t misinterpret her character just because she ends up with takumi or was a mistress in the pass. Sure she chose this life, but can u really blame her?

I generally do believe that her ending was her destiny sadly because it was only a matter of time that she was going to get knocked up by some loser. The story and the art style is giving wattpad. Like why is she so petite and tiny with humongous boobs and the ml is typical obsessed weirdo. I haven’t read too far enough, but it doesn’t make sense why he’s in love with her and I really don’t want the reason to be that he met her when he was a kid cuz that’s weird and gross since they have a 10 year age gap

I’m sorry, but I could not stand Oda. I’m not finished with the manga yet but I’m hoping she doesn’t end up with him. He is so pushy and doesn’t even respect her boundaries at all. She rejected him multiple times And when she said she wasn’t ready to move on so instead of taking her feelings Into consideration, he decided to gaslight her and call her the selfish one then proceeded to SA her. I hate pushy characters in general, but especially if they do not respect boundaries of the other party. Anyways ai deserves a better love interest

This is a good manhwa but I don’t really like ml and people get really offended when I say that don’t like his ass. He’s just a very cliché ml. He’s pretty well written, but we’ve seen this type of ml all the time that it’s just not interesting anymore. He is the typical aggressive violent ml and the reason why he is like this and can’t trust anyone is bc of the typical abuse backstory. So that’s why he treats the fl and people around them like shit. He’s just such an overused ml. I also feel like his character was kind of interesting in the beginning, but now he’s just there. Like now the only purpose his character serves is to love and protect Ruby. Tho i’ve seen a few people say he’s a Mary Sue character I don’t think that but I can see why people say that bc no matter what all the battles he will win like it was obvious that he was going to defeat the monster. I just don’t get why people are so obsessed with his character and their relationship when again it’s just very cliché

What you just say is exactly my problem with him cliché and overused. Their relationship and him especially are like every other manhwa nothing special. I understand why she loves him but to me, he’s just very boring and surprisingly, he’s always there conveniently when she’s getting bullied so that’s why my point still stands he’s really just there to protect and love her now.
