Gonna be honest with you, there are unpleasant coworkers in most jobs. Don't take how they act to heart. I can't say it ain't stressful to work with people like that. Acknowledge how they act, and unless they are being downright hurtful try to let it go. It's not easy but it's a skill that comes with time.   reply

As others said, it depends on your skin. My skin changes through my cycle - I'd say half of the month it's normal and on the other it's oily. I personally dig Cerave, I've been using it for years and it doesn't make my skin react. For the time my skin is normal a gentle cleanser does it, for the oiler period a cleanser with salicylic acid helps.......   reply

I've found a simple routine that I can be consistent with and my skin is cool with. Evening routine: 1. Cerave cleanser. I have two of them in my house - one more of a gentle one, the other contains salicylic acid.
