Is this worth the read? Like it's cliched but it has its own twists?

tbh no. it is not bad, but it doesn’t bring anything new to the table other than the concrete gender discrimination theme which appears very abruptly, as if they just wanted to drop a bomb of a solid good theme of discrimination but it is done really crankily, there is no build up and some things just escalate because they have to escalate for the plot to continue and show how unique our fmc is. like i still do not know how the fmc learned such good marksmanship when she was supposed to be locked in her room for her whole childhood, like when did this happen??? she is no transmigrator either, how did she get that noble elegance and where are all them skills popping up from??
anyway it is not that bad still, you can try it

Funny how we had a horror game Isekai trope and now this copied it these author's can't have their own originality.. OMG

Don't come at me yo. All I'm saying, imo in means of manhwa historical romance we have "How to Survive as a Maid in a Horror Game". I'm telling y'all. Stories like these are gonna multiply like what they did to the villainess trope. They keep making the same things all over again until you realize you kept predicting how the story would go to. Some author's would put villainess in their stories but has no glimpses of mc being evil, just wronged and cheated on on so many levels. Isekai'd when it didn't help the story at all. There's no "missing my family on the other side". They just can't come up with anything original, it's all the same things, especially on how the story goes.

No one is “coming at you.” The way you worded your comment was as if this story had copied another manhwa. Is it a problem if the trope does multiply? There are people out there who would want to see more of this genre in particular. Sure, there would be cliche plot lines but what can we do about it? Nothing comes out of complaining about the obvious lol

While I understand what you’re coming from, do you think complaining like this is gonna change anything? Are you gonna go into author’s dm’s and cuss them out for “copying” something global? Plots with someone being in an horror game is not all too new. Even if there will be “copies” it’s not gonna copy a specific plot all the way, its bound to be different. This is like complaining about zombie movies because it has the same “trope.”

Wth... I've already said I know there's no point, cause these author's are not gonna change and be copycats but it doesn't take my rights to voice out my opinion and frustrations like dude. What are you even implying? Can't you comprehend? Do I have to dumb it down for you? Read it again and if you still didn't understand try again. Omfg.

If I’m gonna be honest I skimmed through whatever the first message was lmfaoo, my main points are, while it can get repetitive, people who actually enjoy similar plots would want to see more of it. There is bound to be work inspired by other work which is just the way things are. (Videos, Games, Art, Etc.) Genuinely no use crying over spilled milk when it’s already been happening for years and despite that, the original creators *are* being recognized (most of the time!) And also, no reason for you to be so aggressive with your replies by the way? This is MY opinion.

Then just agree to disagree. Bruv, it's like you're preventing me from commenting and pointing out what I and many others was frustrated about when I've already agreed about the authors not changing their ways. I do agree that there were kids who would want to read these types of stories despite of it's repetitiveness but there's also people bored and disgusted with these authors, and I'm one of them. That's from my pov and my opinion. If you enjoy these types then good for you. All I'm saying is that the thrill about reading villainess's trope is gone for most, the desperation of including being isekai'd is evident and has no point in the story, we'll be seeing horror game Isekai being soiled and reused on so many trash future stories (I hope it doesn't happen). That's just it. Bye then.
Ps. I thought you just ignored the first message. Sorry for getting heated.

I completely understand you and I at one point thought about how you felt as well, I’ve just made myself accept that it’s just how things are gonna be with specific genres/tropes becoming more and more popular. I don’t understand in what way was I preventing you from voicing your opinion when I replied with mine since you started this message as if the manhwa was copying from another though anyways, you don’t have to respond to that. I think I came off as a little indirectly rude too, no worries at all!

i think they were talking about this
https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/how_to_survive_as_a_maid_in_a_horror_game/

Then just don't read them? I don't see why you have to be frustrated over the inevitable. There can only be more works created, not less. Nothing in this world is original anymore. And eventually nothing will ever be original anymore. We just go through cycles of genre popularity and that's it.
If you feel so bored and disgusted with it all, try writing your own (non-offensively intended).

As someone who’s read both, they’re different takes of the same very basic concept lol, that’s like saying all mangas about acting or zombie mangas are copying each other and have no originality. The authors both contribute something to this concept (frankly a great one) and if ud bothered to read then maybe u would know that ¯_(ツ)_/¯

If you are so frustrated, then you could create your own story?! It's called a Genre for nothing. So of course it might have similarities. Especially when they have to create an adaptation of a novel. There might be others who would create their own adaptation. It's same to movies & series too. There would always be similarities. I would like to see how you can come up with a story without any similarities?

If you are bored of a genre, then I suggest you to stop reading at all. Go play some sport or go hiking or something more adventurous. No watching movies & no playing games either. Because there would always be repetition of something that can make you disgusted, thinking they copied each other ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

I was rather appalled at the ratings. I checked the comments and all are saying the same thing. Bad translation. Do they know the officials are posted now? It just ruins the story and future readers enthusiasm if they stumbled here. But well, I don't know if this is worth a read tho... Can someone tell me?

i might be biased, but i do think its worth it because it is different from all other cliche stories of transmigration. of course that there are holes in the story, but the FL is actually strong and it is trying something different from the story but at the same time is not "we need to stick to our roles" and... idk, there is something fresh when you read it? idk how to explain

Like fr, is it just the push the narrative that the MC is the villainess in her past life? There wasn't even a glimpse of her being evil, it's just so frustrating that they could've just went along with just a tragic original story that didn't end well for the main characters BUT they decided to ruin it just to jump on the villainess train.... Like could come up with some originality? This didn't even help with the story AT ALL. She was just wronged on so many levels, and I for one, if that book exist here in our world, IT WOULD'VE FLOPPED!! These author's originality basically non-existent. You'll read scenes and relationship in other stories as well. What a let down. It just bored me to death.
You know what you're getting into when the title sums it up
