Because it's sickening, even if it's fictional, that rape is romanticized (in some mangas, actually in a lot of mangas). We know it's fictional and it's all based on the author's ideas and whatnot, it's just that when rape is shown in a romance setting and uses rape as a way for two characters to build connection is just crazy.

its not a buy one get one free type of thing u know. someone who murders people may not find it morally good to rape someone. someone who commits theft may not find it morally good to murder someone. they have their own moral standards that you may not agree with but regardless of that just cuz they're bad people does not mean they want to commit e......
It's more the issue that rape is usually romanticized and alot more personal. Usually a murder is seen as a bad thing in manga but rape? Especially in yaoi? No. Not to mention atleast with murder its more a grey issue than a black or white one (like self defense). Rape is rape regardless of context.
