several things can be true at once, mc IS insecure, he's overthinking and running around in circles but ml has had the opportunities to communicate with him and he's just really vague about the things that mc stated concerns about. ML doesn't have a way of knowing how profoundly this affects MC, because they don't really know a lot about each other, but I think it's pretty valid to overthink when your partner doesn't even answer your messages for a week and when you bring it up he's just like "it'd be like that something, don't worry about it", it's one way to drive someone up the walls, in my opinion
No you’re right. I just think ppl are overreacting abt the ML in the comments. The MC has valid concerns since they don’t really know much abt each other and he has a stalker on top of that. The rumors aren’t helping his insecurity and it only makes sense for him to be doubtful of the ML’s honesty

I know ml is a piece of shit. The only reason I try to turn a blind eye to what he's doing is because I know he's the ml and I really want to finish the story.
But 2ml... Everyone seems to like him, but the smut scene between him and mc just gave me the creeps. All mc said was "stop and no and not there", and 2ml didn't listen for a second. It left a bad taste in my mouth
