from what i understood he doesn’t pick either option because they’re (grandma & yeowoon) both precious to him but there was a penalty that cut the remaining time myungha had by 80% resulting in 36 days left rather than the original 189 days. the only confusing part was at the end it said “[ No changes will occur. ]” but i’m guessing it’s in reference to the choice of yeowoons leg or grandmas death. sorry if this doesn’t make sense
