Okay I for the life of me cannot recall anything except a very specific scene. But it’s stuck in my brain like a catchy song and it’s driving me insane. This is towards the end and the seme is a doctor. His colleagues think he’s a grouch. Then uke comes back from traveling and goes to surprise him with lunch. He leaves it with the receptionist who thinks he’s crazy for expecting seme to accept it.
