4.5 stars* if you like political drama this is the one for you. FL is clever but understands her shortcomings. There is a lot of conflict within herself where she cant forgive herself for her past life. I do wish we couldve seen a little more of ML's perspective but overall its a great story with a happy ending!

DNF got bored
sure theres angst but ML seems unreedemable to me. i understand his situation and where hes coming from but i just find him unlikeable. story is ok but what bothered from time to time was the exaggerated facial expressions that made every moment seem like a soap opera moment. honestly crazt how ML can go from 0 to 100 in facial expressions quite creepy and felt inconsistent in character. however i will truly miss seeing Mr. Eye-candy Zed

- characters are meh, fl ends up with emperor

3.8 stars* this had its ups and downs but overall i was content with the revenge. i didnt really get a good grasp of the characters as they felt wishywashy and surface level despite each character having an interesting background story. idk they just didnt hold the depth and impactfulness that i was craving for
