It has a beautiful art, that's why many are hook up to SL, but the plot is meh, people are hyping because he is overpowered (the art really tells you how OP he is) and the plotline is all about being overpowered.
Just have to gripe a bit because every time I see it, I am reminded.（￣へ￣） Kissing someone by surprise in mangas is just god awful ( a lot of things in mangas are god awful honestly ) but as someone who has been kissed by someone I wasn’t dating it’s so uncomfortable and disgusting !!! I’ve noticed that Fantasy/adventure mangas often make the non-human creature that the ML is traveling with female once said creature turns human ........ so far I’ve seen slimes, dragons, fenrir, and just recently an orge turn into females. And it’s always loli/small looking girls (￣∇￣") which I guess is for a contrast effect like omg this huge dragon turns into this small little girl ..... but idk
