I bet that spirit by the door was his dad. And that snake faced shaman kind of caused his dad's death. So like his dad became a sort of guardian spirit. Or atleast followed his son coz he cant rest in peace.
The smexy times are a bit much but i can just scroll past it whenever its getting over the top.
All in all, its pretty cliché but its a nice read.

i dont know if the live for ORV has been adjusted. But i think they did. I remember the first trailer for it having guns when the manhwa didnt have any. I saw a new teaser(i think) theres no gun scene at all. So maybe they removed the guns and stick to swords coz the readers were complaining about it.
Maybe if we voiced our complaints if they changed the story, they'll keep the original. U get my drift? Its kinda long winded. But ive been manifesting this manhwa after i finished it just for them to change the storyline is just infuriating. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
Now im confused. Anyone can explain this chapter and that backstory?
Gray's mother was a beautiful noble. Fenrir's father was obsessed with her and proposed marriage to her. Gray's mother turned him down and married a commoner she loved.
Later, her commoner husband died and Fenrir's father tried to start a relationship with her again even though he was married with a child. Gray's mother turned him down again and he threatened that she'd regret it.
Fast forward, war broke out, and to take revenge on Gray's mother for rejecting him, Fenrir's father framed her for treason. Gray escaped, but went back and discovered Fenrir's father had done something horrible to Gray's mother (likely tortured and killed her, maybe even raped her).
So back to the present, El and Gray reveal the truth to Fenrir who struggles to to believe his father was a monster.
