im so tired of people complaining about the characters being problematic or annoying. the characters are all flawed and have done wrong things, thats what makes the story realistic and beautiful.

seunghee was groomed by that old guy, and even though reading about that was uncomfortable, it added realism. of course kyubin and seungtaek have done wrong things too, theyre immature teenagers, theyre people. if a story is filled with completely perfect characters that have completely perfect morals, wouldnt that be boring to read?

alongside that, i saw that some people were weirded out by the flow of the story. the side characters got to shine before the original protagonist. while this isnt for everyone, i thought it was a really nice change. i havent seen something like this before, so it was really interesting to me.

overall, i think the author made some deliberate choices that made this story very unique. im definitely a fan !
