Nah it wasn’t his brother. We didn’t see the face of the one being kissed. But we can see that ML has his moles on the wrong side: his brother’s side. (Ilage with the mole in chap 20 and 21)

Nah, on the kissing picture we only see someone who looks like ML (same hair, but bro’s mole). We see his brother on the following picture, but it’s a different scene.
You can see the mole on clearer kissing picture in chapters 20 and 21.
