I think he's pretty much done trying to kill Bum, but the way he constantly brings up Bum's Uncle and how he ruins everything makes me think he's definitely next on the shit list. The uncle also probably reminds Sangwoo of his own dad who abused him (and was his first kill) so killing the uncle with Bum seems like the next step.
