Thatâs so common in supernatural type stories and usually the ML gets character development but from the spoilers, he doesnât and the FL doesnât even like him tbh

if u want good art n not rapey, can i drop some random recommendations? iâm trying to think of non overly sexual ones n definitely not rapey. they def fuck lol but idk what u consider overly sexual. iâve read some where i had to drop bc they fuck allll the time n itâs the same shit every time lol so our definitions of âoverlyâ might be a little different. but anyways! âour sunny daysâ has good art, great wholesome but realistic plot, extra green flag couple. various side characters but only one couple so itâs not messy at all, very well loved iâd say. â1995 youth reportâ also has good art, green flag characters, def more sexual than our sunny days but itâs a realistic build up iâd say so itâs nice. âmelting pointâ is only on its first season n has a few chapters but i love a good yearning plot. green flag characters. bit of a slow burn but one of the dudes is a yearnerrrr so its more of a build up rly. âa first of summersâ has great art n a very realistic plot/characters. age gap but the way they go about it is realistic too. ânerd projectâ has decent art n has an interesting plot thatâs not about the couple but it doesnât build up (plot wise) until a bit later. top seems kinda sus at points but thats just his character/plot id say. heâs not mean or anything. likes the other guy genuinely, they just make him a bit mysterious sometimes. âseven sundaysâ has good art n another realistic plot. this one n âour sunny daysâ include single fathers, i forgot to mention. âthe dirtiest highâ has good art/colors but i donât remember much else besides liking the characters n the story (def not rapey, red flag, etc.) i kinda wanna mention âred string questsâ but that one is deffff sexual LOL i just rly like the art (general, smut, AND the chibi lol). i also love yearners n theyâre definitely that. starts sexual but the second arc (where weâre currently at) is more plot focused. seems like it will be a bit angsty cause red string/âdoomedâ fate/past life/etc but the characters themselves are good/not rapey/mean/etc. okay thatâs it, i donât wanna over do it bc it doesnât seem like ur big on BL. i just wanted to recommend some but theyâre good reads n canât imagine ~this~ story being the one to bring u back to BLs (respectfully, to u n the author of this series lol.) if u donât wanna go through them all, iâd say plot n character wise, âour sunny daysâ might be the nicest/sweetest one so maybe start there.
