So anytime something good happens to a character in a yaoi manga I can't help but smile but, when I'm around my homophobic parents I smile and they ask me why I'm smiling and I'm like oh no reason and their like let me see and I totally spaz out and idk what to do

it honestly depends on whats happening in the scene, if its just the uke smiling then it should be fine, but if its a kiss scene try scrolling up to a different panel?
Bro I had bad anxiety, but because of the corona virus and us having to stay in the house, it got much worse. An example is when I got to school my friend asked me a question and I didn't know how to respond so I just started laughing. Not normal laughing though it was maniacal. It scared me right as it escaped my lips so I just buried my head in my arm on the desk out of embarrassment.
