So disappointing

The author could have done so much better with the ending, this ending looks like the author was in a rush to finish it. Toda starts liking her is because she can tell what he is thinking even if he can express it but turns out she only knows because of her powers, wouldn't Toda be shocked??? The ending was disappointing. Also after they FINALLY get together we only get to see 1 or 2 pages of them together??

I've been looking for a bl manga that I read long time ago. I remember that the top was talland had black hair. At some point the top had a bullet proof vest for some reason. The manga was kinda funny and very good
