What is up with these people already concluding it is bad? Have you completely read the novel? It has 4.8 rating in Ridibooks and when I finished it is actually A VERY GOOD READ.

It was very shaky at first but then everything became significantly better when the events regarding the entering of SS-Class Dungeon started. Around 90s chapter in novel, I think. I admit that it was quite boring at first half but it gets better until the end.

Regarding the ML, I hated him to my guts before the SS-Class Dungeon arc started. He is very sly. A complete bastard. But God! When Jin Hyo-Seop ran away and when he realized his feelings, his character turned 360 degrees. This story will tackle how obsession and love are different things. And how LOVE is what actually Andante felt, not just obsession unlike other MLs. But yeah, I think he's still somehow obsessed, just has discipline. He is willing to give up everything for Jin Hyo-Seop. Willing to go berserk, willing to give the 1st guild ranking, willing to never enter dungeon again as MC don't like danger, etc. If you will ask me, this belongs to my top 10 groveling MLs where the ML actually suffered. A LOT. He was even planning to move to Argentina, an uninhabited place, just to never see Jin Hyo-Seop again and let him live freely and happily. Anyway, the bad thing about him is that he doesn't care for the world nor the safety of the citizens. In people's fantasy, "a villain who will sacrifice the world for his lover."

As for Jin Hyo-Seop, his character is very frustrating for some. Not for me. His coward and timid attitude will be validated by his experience with an esper who forcibly imprinted on him. This is not his ex-lover but someone who took advantage of his guilt for not offering 'deep guiding' to his older brother (the guild leader of the guild Hyo-Seop first belong to which is called BETEL). He was 14 that time when this bastard esper asked him for such guiding. But at the very end, Jin Hyo-Seop had the courage to finally do things his way and what he wanted, with Andante (ML) respecting it.

SUMMARY SPOILERS

•MC Jin Hyo-Seop joined Noapi Guild

•All Noapi guild members are S-Class

•Andante refuses guiding due to the fact that no other guides can heal him completely, thus, the scars. He also has a bad condition called "Reverse/Forced Guiding," something bad for guides.

•MC said that he doesn't think the Noapi guild members are bad, which made them speechless and warm up to him.

•When Andante and Jin Hyo-seop first slept together, Andante realized how amazing Hyo-seop's abilities are. So, when they went back to the guild office, he introduced MC as his lover, something he decided on his own. MC at the time didn't even know. LOL. Guild members know that Andante is only doing this to keep MC by their side as MC is the only one who can perfectly guide him.

•Chaos started when it is said in a gathering of guilds that several stone slabs from dungeons all over the world are missing and Shin Haechang, the speaker, put a bounty of 10 billion won to whoever will catch the criminals.

•Shin Haechang knows deep inside that it is Andante's guild they are looking for.

•An SS-Class Dungeon was predicted to appear again. It first appeared 60/70 years ago, second time is 10 years ago.

•Andante told MC that they are collecting the stone slabs because they will use it to forcibly predict/open the SS-Class Dungeon again even if it is only supposed to appear again 50/60 later. However, the guild members will be old by then and not much powerful.

•No one is able to defeat SS-Class Dungeon 60/70 years causing huge damage. 10 years ago, it appeared again and everyone thought it will be defeated because most capable S-Class Espers gathered and entered the dungeon lead by 'Owen,' once in a century "SS-Class esper." However, it failed again. Only some Espers survived and the ones who survived all went berserk not long after. Hope was lost when Owen, the greatest hero, also perished.

•Everyone is afraid to face the SS-Class Dungeon that appeared today, considering the berserk spree that happened and how much S-Class Espers are lost from each country 10 years ago. Much more that Owen is already gone.

•When a world meeting was conducted regarding how to deal with SS-Class Dungeon, Andante, who is uninvited, interfered using only his audio and said that he is the underworld leader who took over the underworld 9 years ago. As everyone is afraid to face the dungeon this time, he made an offer that he, the unknown underworld leader, with his members will enter the SS-Class Dungeon first and be the sacrifice.

•Shin Haechang, the one representing Korea at the meeting, was mad as he knows that it is his rival Andante speaking. However, when he met Andante after the meeting, he changed his mind about not supporting him, as Andante said that he recognized Shin Haechang as his 'fan.' Andante requested that they allow them to hide their identities to public.

•SS-class dungeon finally opened and the fight inside the dungeon was broadcast to selected people only. MC doesn't belong to those selected people so he is very anxious. Noapi members with cloaks and masks, entered. They first battled with monsters that look like themselves. Second are various monsters and finally, the boss. During the second and final phase of fighting, the fight is suddenly broadcasted live on TV with now everyone around the world witnessing it.

•Everyone can now see how the Noapi members fight, with all of their masks taken off except for Andante, whose mask was not scratched at all.

•While fighting the boss, members are already at disadvantage except for Coda and Andante. Surprisingly, Coda is visibly super angry, unlike his usual calm self, and everyone knows that he is about to go berserk due to his golden eyes. Andante calmed him down and left the fight to Andante.

•The tides are on Andante and everyone was on awe as they realized Andante has two abilities. Usually, Espers have only one. Near the end of fight, Andante got stabbed in stomach with the the claws but he knows that the monsters' weakness is it's shell so he focused on that, tearing each shell parts of the monster one by one. During this, the monster tried to withdraw his claws from Andante's stomach and touched his mask. As the monster do this, the last shell, placed on its head, shattered with Andante's strength. Commonly, in order to defeat a boss, you have to rip its heart out. However, Andante gently picked up the monster and embraced it.

•Not long after, the shattered shell on monsters head peeled off. The unshelled monster changed into a human. Thin shoulders, long hair, and a slender body. Andante's hand affectionately stroked the man's hair. At the same time, Andante's mask fell off and he smiled at the person he is holding in a way that MC had never seen before. And then, Coda suddenly ran towards them followed by the other members who shouted "Ano/No" and then bowed their heads. Coda cried and hugged the man in his arms. (I personally cried here. It was such a beautiful moment. Goosebumps.)

•At that moment, everyone realized the same one, thing. 10 years ago, Owen's guide and the only guide of the LEOM Guild that used to be the number one in the world. Ano/No short for Anora. His codename PIANO. A SS-class guide that is first to enter a dungeon when the SS-Class Dungeon appeared 10 years ago and sacrificed himself to protect the Espers.

•NOAPI=PIANO. Jin Hyo-Seop realized this like everyone else. Now he understands the hostility of Cindy's split personality (the Noapi member who always quiet). The creation of the guild is solely for the existence of Ano. He thought to himself that he could never take his place and that is why he could never receive their affection and trust for each other. Remember that they hid a lot of things from Jin Hyoseop (Aww. My baby)

•Ano was Coda's lover.

•Leader Andante is SS-rank Owen. He has two abilities just like him and uses debuff power.

First let me tell you elsen and luce's friendship is the most precious and amazing thing I've seen, they can literally die or kill for each other. When ail reaches the rescue camp everyone starts pampering him getting ready to go back, at that moment elsen asks where is luce and without wasting a second he runs into the deep forest to get him out of there even though his commander and everyone else didn't allow him. After seeing that ail also leads the rescue team to find them. Luce almost died of blood loss. When ail found them he instantly took luce from Elsen's arms and went back to the castle. Elsen was punished because he didn't listen to orders and luce recovered after a month and joined the knights again. As soon as he opened the door to ail's room, ail ran into his arms and started acting affectionate. When the knights left the room to give them the space ail's attitude changes and proposed the deal that from now on they are going to act as lovers because he wants the people to think that he's incompetent and a troublemaker to keep people's eyes off of him if Luce doesn't accepts it he will kill him and his family. He also made Leah luce's sister engaged with a knight named Jesse who is also from a noble family and not interested in becoming the heir. He does this in order to keep luce even more tied to him. Four years have passed and Luce is playing cards with ail and aile teases him, they are still acting like lovers. The deal would end after four years or I think after ail ascends the throne. Ail is infatuated with Luce but he has plans to kill luce after ascending the throne because to him luce is a stain on his reputation. Later on ail made a plan to charge elsen and erita to charge with kidnapping the crown princess and getting them killed. And he plans to do so by saline astro who is very ambitious about becoming an empress and knows that luce is ail's weakness. Luce is in love with ail but he keeps a cold and ignorant attitude around aile to not let him know. Oh and keep that in mind luce was planning to move to Vera with his mother and sister after the deal is over. He is extremely connected to Vera and just wants to go back. Anyways ail makes a deal with saline that if she helps him with elsen and erita's kidnapping he will make her the empress and saline agrees to give him the support of astro family and helps him in eliminating the Kaiser's. During their convo Luce gets jealous and decides to go to the garden to cool himself off that's where he meets his friend mayle, now I'm not sure if it was mayle or elsen because the translations were a hot mess. There they both talked about their childhood and their trainee days. Later they start to dance and laugh, that's when ail starts to wonder where luce went, ends the convo with saline and starts looking for him. He goes to the balcony and sees luce laughing and dancing, he gets uncomfortable and jealous. Later on mayle went to treat luce's hand because i don't remember how but he gets hurt before the ball. As soon as they reached their room ail was already sitting inside and waiting for them. He tells the mayle to leave the room and starts treating luce's hand. He asked, why does he always treat him with coldness and others with warmth, why doesn't he smile at him and all that. Luce simply told him that they don't have that sort of relationship which hurt ail even more because he can't deny that they both are using each other. After this as planned elsen and erita are missing and they are charged with kidnapping and running away. Elsen was responsible for escorting erita to some place but then they went missing. Luce tries to convince ail that they did nothing wrong but ail enjoys luce's panicked state and told him that if he sleeps with him, he'll think about it. They had sex and ail becomes even more obsessed with luce and locks him up in the gold palace of north where he raped him many times. Before this luce told kamiel that elsen and erita could be in danger and if they are, they would've gone to the cave luce told elsen about before they left. Luce told elsen to go hide in that cave if they are in some sort of danger and write a letter for him. After the whole lock up thing Kamiel finds the letter and it states that they were kidnapped by saline and they are leaving for Vera. Luce writes a letter to his friend kasha to help elsen and erita whom will arrive in Vera in some time. Luce runs away from the palace and goes to a place around the Vera border and confirms if that elsen and erita are alive. He helps them escape the knights and cross the border. During that time ail thought luce had run away, he gets so angry that he wants to kill him. Luce comes back to the palace but aile gets so angry that he almost killed luce by choking him. When he came to his senses he realised what he did to luce he gets scared but doesn't show it and leave luce alone and crying. Many times he also tried to force feed luce by threatening to cut the servants hands. Luce did his best to stand up against ail. Kasha founds the map for a secret way to the gold palace and with a guard's help he/she (not sure because of translation I'll just call him/her by they for now) sends letter to luce that they are coming to recuse him. Kasha calls Luce to the basement with the help of a guard. Kasha asks luce to leave with them but luce hesitates cause he still has feelings for ail and doesn't want to leave him. At that time ail who was ignoring luce after the whole choking incident decided to visit him and talk with him but when he reached the palace he heard that luce who didn't leave his room in days suddenly decided to go to the basement he gets suspicious and runs towards the basement where he saw Luce with kasha. He gets angry and decides to kill kasha but luce tries to him and accidentally ends up wounding ail's arm and leaves with kasha. Ail is extremely hurt and sad by luce leaving. He thought that kasha was his lover and came to get him. It could also be the reason why he wants to go back to Vera. This misunderstanding makes ail ever more sad and desperate to see luce again but he's been missing for over a month now. During this time ail is extremely unstable and constantly thought of killing luce. His mother visits him and tells him to get over him and marry a girl cause she hates luce in return ail goes crazy on her and she leaves since she was scared of him ever since he was a kid. Back in Vera kasha and luce are fighting the assassins called red scorpions who are desert people living colzon and Vera. The assassins cut off luce's hair during the attack. Those hair are sent to ail in a cloth with blood on them. Ail panics and goes to find luce in Vera. After the attack luce and kasha go back to the kasha's mansion. Later they were attacked by red scorpions again in a forest where Ruth was almost stabbed but was saved because of ail who reached the forest in time. They left the forest with luce in ail's arms.They reached a hotel, they talked and confessed to each other, precisely luce did and ail just confessed in code words. Luce understood that ail was also confessing to him in his own ways. It was also this time that ail realised how much he loved Luce and he can't kill him no matter what, from the start he tried to keep luce under his control because he would leave once the four years are done. They had sex, after they were done they got attacked again. They ran outside but ail took the arrows for Ruth. Knights arrived ail is alive but luce is angry but a boy from red scorpions confessed that they never mess with royalties and this was an accident because they only wanted to kill luce as per the contract. The contractor was his father who wanted to kill him. They made a deal that red scorpions will be forgiven if his father is chased away to the south. laimen was told that ail and luce died and he left for colzon to see their dead bodies. Upon his arrival he saw luce alive he beat him up and when luce asked him if he ever loved his mother and him, lamien simply replied that he wanted to possess the most beautiful flower which he got and had extremely beautiful kids with her. He would marry his daughter to some rich guy and make luce a male prostitute cause he was pretty enough for that but he ruined his plan by joining knights. Tho it turned out in his favour because ail fell in love and died. Luce told him ail is alive. Which angered laimen even more he tried to kill luce but before he could red scorpions started to attack laimen and his knights. Lamein's original plan was to kill ail make Nathan kaiser his nephew the king becomes his advisor and kill him too so that his own Eileen can become the king. He proposed if luce let him go he would make him the king instead but luce declines. Laimen runs away as soon as he reaches the bridge someone blows it up and he ends up dying this was witnessed by the same red scorpion boy. During this whole situation Luce's mom gives treason documents to jesse's assistant because she's angry at laimen for trying to kill luce, then she leaves for Vera with her daughter. Ail wakes up goes crazy after not seeing luce there, luce comes back and they made up, goes back to the castle and decides to kill Kaisers but keep Nathan alive because luce wants to raise him and protect him. Ail meets his mom, blame saline for kidnapping elsen and erita this made abvida angry and her eyes to glitter cause she didn't like Salina, seeing her eyes liked that ail becomes happy cause he will be able to get rid of the astro family. After Ruth and Nathan's reunion, Nathan leaves and the red scorpion boy comes to visit him tells him his name and gives a kiss to the back of Luce hand according to their traditions it means that if they meet again he will escort him and Luce later thanked him for everything. Ail becomes jealous and excused Luce of being a pedophile because that boy is 13 years old which later Luce tried to make fun of ail by saying that maybe ail is right and he's into young boys and he doesn't feel the same for ail anymore because he's grown up now which made ail to laugh and told him that he will have to lock him in his room for being immoral then they have sex and the story ends.

I love psychological stories but this one literally takes the cake as a person whose read the novel seeing the real thing drawn out is pretty scary but his face expressions are exactly the faces I've pictured in my mind while reading.
