Since the info sheet wasn't translated, we don't really know the rules of this manga's omegaverse. However, I did find a manga that has information on female alphas in Okusama wa Alpha: it says that the female clitoris becomes erect and expels semen. It'd be interesting if there was a manga out there that discusses the anatomy of humans living in such a world but most people are more interested in the romance aspect rather than the science/evolution of it all.

I guess majority of the population have a dick. Only omega and beta females are the only ones who don't. Betas are like 70% of the population so having no dick isn't exactly an ultra rare phenomenon though. The graph shows that omega males have a dick and their 'vagina' is basically their ass. So not only do they shit there... they also give birth there? My headcanon is that omega males have it tougher than the average omega female/beta female, because people aren't really supposed to give birth through anal so they have to do a mandatory cesarean delivery.
