You do understand that he's the one that has to clean up his messes when a scandal breaks out it would make sense that hes always up his ass to make sure he dont fuck up. And he can have a social life when hes not working. He was working of course his manager was going to look for him. Actors work for studios, agents work for actors. He doesn't work for the agency, he pays the agency for the service of an agent to look for work and manage his schedule, not scold him for his personal life outside of work.
