I dealt with somewhat similar issues as a kid, though nowhere near as frequently. My dad was a bodybuilder/traveling salesman and he was genuinely and generally a great person and dad but every once in a while when the financial problems and stress started building up he'd get high and a little slap happy. Had to get a few bandaids growing up but I still miss him after he ODed. Even just a few incidents like that though, especially at a young age can have long-term resonating effects on a person though. I've dealt with manic depression and anger issues forever, had my fair share of fist fights and addictions that I'm not proud of but time heals things eventually so there's never a need to just give up and succumb to your traumas and sorrows...

Ehh, previously it appeared as if he did it out of sheer malice and for sick thrills, now it seems more like he was lonely and just wanted to be noticed by someone but went about it the wrong way. He is right that it's not his fault he started reading his mind, he did nothing prior to that and what he's done since has technically helped according to the rules of the "curse" which is specifically designed to create sexual situations by the author. I still think he's a bit of an asshole, but nowhere near as bad as before.
I can agree that he's more aware of the consequences of his actions, though i can't say he's LESS of an asshole. He's just an asshole in a different way now. Instead of doing small things that irritate Jinwoo and being unlikable at all times, now he does much worse things and occasionally shows some semblance of remorse before deciding to do it all again. Basically, Sangtae's likeability seems to have been up'd to allow worse bullying without you hating him. I personally am not able to accept it, he has sexually assaulted and raped (he fingered him against his will, penetration) him now... I can't look at him and think "oh, he's getting better" while he continues to repeat the same mistakes. To me, it's clearly just that his likeability was up'd, not actual character development. Or at least not much. I'll say it's character development, it may lead to him changing, we'll see.

Seems a bit out of place, but I must admit it is an unexpected change of pace to go from zero to crazy town in two episodes flat. Honestly, throwing a fit and firing your translator over someone posting something on the internet? I feel like someone never grew past the era of Napster and never knew piratebay existed or something. If it can be posted, it will be posted, if it's taken down, it'll get posted again. That's just how the world does and has worked for years now.
At this point these companies should know, only die hard fans/supporters are going to pay and the rest will pirate. I'd personally be paying myself but their site won't take my damn money so this is my only other option, if they want me to pay for their site that is more broken than this free one, they should at least fix my ability to pay in the first place...
I think you are misunderstanding the issue. Translator was a fan, s/he never got paid to do any translations and never worked for the paid translations. Hence, s/he never got fired. They were doing it because they were fans of it, and they were buying the copies themselves and translating them out of their own pocket.

Whatever bro, not everyone has money to spend on manga AND I think it’s pretty shitty of these companies to go after fans who are doing free translations for fun and threatening them when a lot of mangas/manhwas are already licensed and been posted here and on the web. Whoever has the money and the means will buy them, but not everyone does and they’re probably not even losing a lot of money. Tappytoons is making a big deal out of it when eventually somebody is going to buy new chapters and just sharing them on the internet and they won’t be able to do shit about it. They were aware of the fan doing the translations and posting them on tumblr but once it got out in mangago, that’s when they contacted the fan translating it and put a stop to it (because mangago has a wider audience). It’s bullshit. The fan was doing a better AND faster job than they were. They should’ve hired her instead. Pffft.

Not sure if monthly subscriptions are going to contunue to be a thing (or continue being as cheep as they are now) I've been noticing that some companies (for example best buy) are stopping subscription services because they were losing more that profiting. Neflix recently raised it's prices, just by a dollar but what if little by little they keep raising the prices? This is all hypothetical so I could be wrong, I mean XBox just launch a subscription services so who knows.
