The sad part is that the mother will obviously never change and the dad cared more about the daughter than the mother ever did, honestly, I can relate to her so much. It’s actually so funny how a mom can always take the son side no matter what he does, I actually did end up crying because a lot of parts are super relatable and honestly so sad, I do feel a little sympathy for the brother because honestly, it seems like a little bit of him was trying to ask for help, but nobody seemed to actually genuinely care other than the sister and aunt, I think this is just very emotional for me because I can actually relate to the daughter very much so that’s all I had to say about it.
That whole scene of the brother hearing the voices was just so sad, i feel like he probably would've asked for help but the family always seemed to be fighting and cared more about their own reputation to even consider mental health as an importance.
Also, i think the mother also needed therapy after having those miscarriage and facing judgement from the grandma, she probably wasn't in her best mindset, although, i too hate her.
Most definitely but I could tell it was just hatred, from the beginning she barely ever paid attention to her as a baby, she clearly cares more about what they'll say about her son, I do think the grandma was creating stress and the father barely ever defended her, so it's very common to play into the manipulation instead of defending herself.
Exactly what I thought, and the mom would always push the blame onto the daughter to the point that the son would have to get involved and she still pushed the blame on the daughter, it’s just very terrible manipulation and I’m glad that they’re both getting help, And when the brother apologized, it just made me breakdown because I feel like Deep down a part of him is probably trapped, feeling regret, for doing those things and he’s already too mentally ill to even notice why he isn’t taking the medication
